These statements demonstrate the commitment of Woodhouse Primary Academy to the development of every child entrusted to our care in a safe and fair environment.
Equal Opportunity Statement
We endeavour to ensure that everyone is treated fairly. All children are given equal access to all aspects of school life including our curriculum. Liaising with parents, we design specific programmes to ensure that individual needs are met.
Racial Equality Statement
Our children are prepared for life in an ethnically diverse society. We promote racial harmony by preventing and challenging racism. If anyone ever feels unfairly treated then the school welcomes and values a response. By working together we will continue to make our school even better.
Safeguarding Children Statement
At Woodhouse Primary Academy we are committed to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of all of the children entrusted to our care. All staff and volunteers are expected to share this commitment. In order to ensure that this expression becomes a reality, a wide range of measures are in place. Our Safeguarding Policy is available on line and can be requested from the office at any time.
